Important announcement 21.11.24

I regret to inform our valued customers that we have recently been a victim of business identity theft. It has come to light another company has taken our name, address and company number and convinced customers they are booking with us. These customers had no idea they were being scammed until they had no documentation or receipts. They found our details, contacted us, and realised we had not made any bookings for them.

We are taking this matter very seriously and have spoken to the police and action fraud who are investigating. In the meantime if you think you may of been affected please call action fraud on 0300 123 2040 and quote the crime report number NFRC241107021838 so all crimes are linked.

I am devastated that this has happened, that people have been scammed out of their hard earned money, that these ‘people’ have all my personal details and that the reputation I have worked so hard to build could be tarnished by them.

If you have any questions or concerns please get in touch; rest assured if you have a genuine booking with us you are not affected in any way, it’s only those who unfortunately thought they did  they have no access to any of our data or any of your details.
